Constructel Belgium recently organized an informal gathering for its management teams, partners, customers, and representatives from official organizations.

The event was hosted at the Basket Team Arena in Charleroi and saw the participation of around four dozen attendees.

Damien Leonard, Managing Director of Constructel Belgium, presided over the gathering. Notable guests included Thomas Dermine, Secretary of State for the Belgian Federal Government, responsible for the country's Recovery and Strategic Investment Programme, Virginie Géradin, Head of Proximus' Fiber Department, and executives from FOREM, ARGEA, SWDE, and other prominent companies.

The occasion provided Constructel Belgium's leadership with the opportunity to discuss the "Fiber" project underway for the Proximus operator. Human resources management was also a key topic of discussion.

Eric Davaux, Commercial Manager at Constructel Belgium, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, "This was our inaugural event of this nature, but certainly not the last, as we plan to continue with similar initiatives across the country in the coming months."

Cette réunion a offert aux dirigeants de Constructel Belgique l'opportunité de présenter le projet Fiber en cours de développement pour l'opérateur Proximus. La question des ressources humaines a également été abordée.

Pour Eric Davaux, directeur commercial de Constructel Belgique, « il s'agit d'une première expérience de ce genre, mais certainement pas de la dernière, car nous prévoyons de poursuivre ce type d'initiative dans tout le pays dans les mois à venir ».
