Sustainable development means meeting present needs without compromising those of future generations. Sustainable Development is based on three pillars: economic, environmental and social, known as the triple bottom line or "3Ps" (Profits, Planet, People). It reflects the required balance between the three pillars in order to create value for Profits, for the Planet and for People.

Constructel’s strong commitment to sustainability is based on 4 key areas.
Health and Safety

Constructel has a set of policies and processes to manage OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) risks, including metrics and objectives that are subject to periodic review, including in relation to accidents. These processes take into consideration employees, suppliers and third parties who may be affected by the company’s operations.

ISO 45001
The aim of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System is to provide a framework for managing OHS risks and opportunities in order to prevent work-related injuries and health issues and to provide safe and healthy workplaces. It is essential to eliminate hazards and minimize OHS risks by taking appropriate measures.

Service and Quality

Constructel ensures that Service and Quality standards are maintained by implementing formal policies and processes, with established metrics and objectives. Ongoing communication and close collaboration with customers is emphasized in order to improve the services provided.  Service and quality levels are also assured through formal risk assessment metrics.

ISO 9001
The Quality Management System promotes the adoption of a process approach in order to develop, implement and improve the effectiveness of quality management, so as to maximize customer satisfaction by meeting expectations.

Environmental Protection

Constructel has formal policies and procedures to prevent environmental pollution and accidents. Performance is measured against the objectives set.

ISO 14001
The Environmental Management System provides organizations with a framework for effectively managing the environmental aspects of their activities with a view to protecting the environment and responding to changing environmental conditions in balance with socio-economic needs. The requirements established by the standard enable organizations to achieve the objectives set for their environmental management system.

Data Security

Constructel adopts technical and organizational security measures to ensure data protection, overseen by the company's Data Protection Officer.

ISO 27001
The Information Security Management System establishes requirements that enable organizations to mitigate data protection risks. By adopting this standard, organizations are able to manage the security of their data, namely financial information, employee details or information entrusted by third parties.
