Constructel Academy
In 2021, we trained and certified more than 5000 technicians in the areas of Telecommunications and Energy.

We are proud to have a training academy, with facilities in Portugal (Viseu), England (Liverpool) and Belgium (Overijse and Gosselies), with cutting-edge equipment that is able to meet the standards of numerous international operators and partners, in which all our trainees are approved, qualified and accredited.

In 2021, our team of instructors grew, resulting in a team of highly qualified professionals with an average of 15 years’ experience in the fields of Telecommunications and Energy.

We continued to safely and successfully receive more than 5,000 trainees in more than 400 training initiatives, investing more than 300,000 euros in training new professionals.

Our teams of dedicated instructors and operational support staff are highly qualified, enabling them to accredit technicians in a wide range of modules, with qualifications in the area of telecommunications, from construction and maintenance of copper and fibre optic networks, to installation and cabling at the end customer, and working at height and in confined spaces, as well as in the area of energy, for work on high, medium and low voltage infrastructures, with Occupational Health and Safety standing out as accounting for 70% of participants.

In 2022, we will continue to grow and invest in the European market. The number of training sessions, as well as the number of trainees involved, is expected to continue growing in line with the trend observed in recent years.
