MJ Quinn sponsors the Culture Capsule of the Royal Liver Building 360 in Liverpool, England, a project which is used to remember 2020, one of the most important and moving years in the world's history due to the Covid-19 pandemic. At the same time, the project is used to pay tribute to frontline workers.
The capsule marks the end of a landmark decade and the beginning of a new decade, given what it symbolizes for humanity, and is also a way of honoring the inhabitants of Liverpool, who helped to overcome the worst of times.
According to those responsible for the initiative, the Culture Capsule will recognize global events of the year, as well as exciting moments that defined the region and contributed to the cultural history.
The ceremony was attended by Mike Quinn - CEO of MJ Quinn; Alan O'Prey - Executive Director of MJ Quinn; John Aldridge - former Liverpool Football Club star player; Tony Bellew - former world boxing champion; Graeme Sharp - former Everton football club star player and Anna Rothery, Liverpool Mayor.
Alan O’Prey stated "the company embraced this action, sponsoring the Culture Capsule, used to draw attention to the recent history one should never forget and an amazing way to immortalize all people have experienced. I would also like to mention that we intend to pay tribute to all those who were at the forefront of the fight against the pandemic and who worked tirelessly to protect us”.
