In February, Constructel Visabeira acquired Opération plus Maintenance (O+M), a renowned company specialized in the design and maintenance of telecommunications networks. The transaction represents a significant strategic milestone for Constructel Visabeira, boosting its diversity strategy and strengthening its position in the French market.
With extensive experience in the realization of projects and maintenance of telecommunications networks, O+M is recognized for providing specialized services and turnkey solutions to its clients. With expertise in critical areas, such as telecommunications infrastructures, data centers or high voltage poles, O+M services range from technical assistance to the management of complex projects, including preventive and corrective maintenance and work on voltage.
