Está concluído o processo de entrada da Constructel Visabeira na estrutura acionista da empresa portuguesa ARQUILED, líder em iluminação pública em LED. Um processo que após as aprovações regulatórias de concorrência confirma que a partir de agora há uma nova estrutura acionista na Arquiled. A Constructel Visabeira, subsidiaria do Grupo Visabeira é o novo acionista da ARQUILED, assumindo uma posição de controlo na empresa, e junta-se à EDP Ventures, à C2 Capital Partners e à Climar Lighting. 

A nova estrutura acionista representa um novo ciclo na estratégia da ARQUILED que poderá expandir o seu negócio para novos mercados internacionais, promovendo um novo caminho económico através da inovação tecnológica bem como no desenvolvimento de novos produtos quer para o mercado nacional quer internacional. Importa referir que a Constructel Visabeira é um dos principais prestadores de serviços de engenharia de redes na área das telecomunicações e energia em Portugal e outros países europeus, como Alemanha, Bélgica, Dinamarca, Espanha, França, Itália, Reino Unido, Suécia, Irlanda para além dos Estados Unidos da América.

Constructel Visabeira's entry into the shareholder structure of the Portuguese company ARQUILED, a leading provider of LED public lighting, has been completed. This process, following the regulatory competition approvals, confirms that there is now a new shareholder structure in Arquiled. Constructel Visabeira, a subsidiary of the Visabeira Group, is the new shareholder of ARQUILED, assuming a controlling position in the company, and joining EDP Ventures, C2 Capital Partners, and Climar Lighting.

The new shareholder structure represents a new phase in ARQUILED's strategy, which may expand its business to new international markets, promoting a new economic path through technological innovation as well as the development of new products for both the domestic and international markets. It is worth mentioning that Constructel Visabeira is one of the main providers of engineering services for networks in the telecommunications and energy sectors in Portugal and other European countries, such as Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, France, Italy, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Irland as well as the United States of America.
